Christopher Lake’s history

Christopher Lake is a village in the boreal forest of central Saskatchewan, about 40 kilometres north of Prince Albert. It sits 2 kilometres south and east of the large lake that shares its name, and about 5 kilometres east of Emma Lake, its partner resort area. The village lies west of the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 263, within the District of Lakeland No. 521.

Christopher Lake became an incorporated village on March 1, 1985.
